Service

Your stay is important to us, we understand the need to relax and unwind and the fact that time off work is so precious. With this in mind, we aim to be your very special winter break.

We pick you up from the airport personally in the fleet of GourmetSki air-conditioned minibuses, or via our partner transfer operators. Upon arrival, ski passes will be delivered to the chalet along with the in-chalet ski-hire. All you need to do is relax in front of the roaring fire with a drink and await your evenings' fine cuisine.

Next morning, after a hearty breakfast, you will be whisked to the slopes in around 5 minutes. Being on the route to Ardent, (the best access to the Portes du Soleil circuit and Avoriaz), you can be sure that you will be amongst the first cutting fresh tracks on the slopes each morning.

We offer a chauffeur service to and from the ski lifts at Ardent (8 mins) or Morzine (5 mins) in our 8 seater Landrover Defender or 8 seater minibus - enabling a party of up to 16 to travel in convoy to the slopes.

The chauffeur service is available between the chalet and Morzine, Ardent and Super Morzine. Lifts are available up until 10.15 every morning and from 15.30 every afternoon. There is a bus service that drops close to the chalet outside these times, though we will aim to be as flexible as possible.

We are happy to organise ski school lessons or ski guides for your stay.

As you return from the slopes there is a large heated ski room to get out of your ski gear, with racks and drying areas for your kit.

Skis are kept in the minibus or at our ski shop in Ardent so there is no need to continually load and unload throughout your stay.
