About GourmetSki

GourmetSki is entering its fifth year in Montriond, owned and managed by Richard and Fiona Lambert. A small select group of chalets offering different styles and levels of comfort give a new level of choice when deciding on you ideal holiday package.

Richard is responsible for the running of all aspects of each chalet and overseeing the small team of hand picked professionals to provide the same level of service and cuisine acheived over the last seasons.

Richard has 15 years experience in the hotel trade and is a fully trained professional chef, apprenticed at Whately Manor, Malmesbury (now 2 Michelin starred).

Further experience alongside Patrick Tweedie (former Roux brother's head chef, trained and worked with Gordon Ramsay) at St Martin on the Isle, Isles of Scilly (Michelin starred).

After taking a break from the kitchens to study a degree at University (Hospitality Business Management) and following this a decade working in the Advertising Industry in Agencies and client side in London. Due to a love of the outdoors and a desire to return to fine cuisine he launched GourmetSki with Fiona.

Fiona has over 20 years experience in the hospitality business and customer service. She studied Hospitality Business Management at university and continues to fly part time as airline crew. Fiona manages the back office and supporting the team.

We aim to make your break with us a relaxing and memorable one
